Wine Wednesday - Our Weekly Wine Event

  • Wine Wednesday is our way to introduce wines typically available only on a by-the-bottle basis to our guests by-the-glass on Wednesday evening each week.
  • The selections vary weekly and we hope that you will check to see what interesting and delicious wines that we have chosen to showcase that week.

Hanson of Sonoma Meet & Greet

Join us as Next Bistro introduces Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodkas. This family-owned artisinally crafted vodkas are new to our market and are sure to become a Next favorite. We will be pouring 5 vodkas, 2 of which will be showcased in cocktails (a Bloody Mary and a Cucumber Martini) and 3 'neat' pours. Chef Ying will prepare special passed appetizers for the event.

Grgich Hills Estate Virtual Wine Tasting

Enjoy tasting some of the Napa Valley's most iconic wines in the company of Violet Grgich, Granddaughter of famed winemaker Miljenko “Mike” Grgich. His 1973 Chateau Montelena Estate Chardonnay took first place in the famous ''Paris Tasting' of 1976 surpassing the great French Burgundies.

You will taste through a selection of wines from Grgich Hills Estate in the comfort of your own home via a Zoom Virtual Tasting on Tuesday, October 20 beginning at 7:00pm CST.
